Modern and minimalist, this Art Deco-inspired apartment is a well-designed pocket of calm in the heart of Rome. Just a seven-minute walk to Trevi Fountain and the famous Spanish Steps – you really couldn't be better placed in the Eternal City. A wander around the immediate neighbourhood will take you to designer shops and hidden wine bars for a glass of Barolo. In a quiet courtyard that's away from the bustling tourists, there's a local and authentic feel to the home while still being close to the city's most beloved attractions. Back inside, you'll find a fresh and functional space benefitting from plush leather sofas and a stylish white dining area with tasteful artwork adorning the walls. But the real draw of this home is the shaded terrace – complete with an elegant dining area. We can think of no better way to start the day than with a basket of pastries and your morning coffee out here.

About Spagna
Spagna is, perhaps unsurprisingly, focussed around the eponymous Piazza di Spagna. Along with the Trevi fountain, it’s one of the most visited sights in the entire city. Things weren’t always so auspicious – in the 16th century, the area was Rome’s red light district, but today it’s better known for the vine-covered romance of Via Margutta, home to Gregory Peck's impoverished journalist in Roman Holiday. This is not the place...

Host
This home is managed by Andrea Maria
This home is managed directly by its owner who will be your point of contact before and during your stay. We were blown away by how helpful and accommodating Alessandra and her son Andrea were when we arrived. It’s a bit of a cliché to say so, but they really went to the next level to make sure we had everything we needed. They also have plenty of tips on nearby places to eat - don’t forget to ask.
